Thank you for shopping at BELLEZAE. We take great care in crafting and delivering our imitation jewelry with precision and care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help β under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- It must include the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- A mandatory uncut unboxing video must be provided as proof of damage or discrepancy.
π Note: The uncut unboxing video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed state, with the product being taken out for the first time. Videos with edits or cuts will not be accepted.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
For any return or exchange request, an uncut unboxing video is strictly required. This video must:
- Start before the package is opened (showing the unopened parcel with the shipping label visible).
- Be continuous and unedited from opening the package to inspecting the product.
- Clearly capture any damage, defect, or issue with the product.
β Returns without this video proof will not be accepted, regardless of the issue reported.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)
- Personalized or customized products
- Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts
- Gift cards or free promotional items
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us at bellezaeofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and the uncut unboxing video as an attachment or link.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team before sending the product back.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
- If rejected due to policy non-compliance (e.g., no unboxing video, signs of use), the product will be shipped back to you.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of wrong or damaged products sent by us.
6. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product and your return is approved:
- You may choose a replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
- Opt for store credit or a refund.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other valid returns, the customer is responsible for securely packing and shipping the item back.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at bellezaeofficial@gmail.com. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
